No, I opted for a recipe from an old Pepperidge Farms cookbook circa 1961 and the boiled frosting to match. I nearly steamed off my hand constantly beating sugar and egg whites for 7 minutes over a double boiler. Result was worth it, and many thanks to Christiana who helped me frost everything.
